Our intestines are longer then those of carnivorous animals, for instance the intestines of dogs are short compared to the ones of human beings, and that means that when the dog eats e.g meat it will leave the body of the dog relatively fast again, whereas when a human being eats meat it will take 24 or even 72 hours to digest.
To begin with to obtain meat you had to kill the bird or animal first. So what you consume is death as opposed to eating fruits and vegetables  which are life: You can sow a seed from an apple e.g and it will grow, but what if you sow the meat or the bones of a cow? It will just not grow…Smell your vegetables or fruits! and they smell delicious! but smell a raw piece of meat it does not smell nice at at all. You have to disguise the meat with salt and cooking or frying it before it will seem tasty to you..
So the meat will remain up to 72 hours in your digestive system before it leaves the intestines, if it leaves it all: little pieces of putrefact meat that people consumed when they were children, have been found their intestines so putrefact that the gases produced caused serious damage to their health.
Whereas fruits and vegetables stay shorter time in our organism.
Physisians advise e.g cancerpatients not to consume meat, but why wait untill that extreme point to stop eating meat? Preventive medicine is far to prefer.
"And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat." Genesis 1,29
So "herbs and fruits" were among other things made to serve as food for mankind. If   we start to alterate our genetic matter with that of animals, we will acquire a similitude with those animals. E.g a person who eats chicken will have the tendency to do what the rooster does.. A person who eats lots of pork will eventually look like a pig..just watch!
Our sexual energy, or our genetic energy is made up of what we eat. Genetic energy produced in a person who eats meat is not mutable. That means that it is impossible to sublimate that energy and eventually it will leave the body in an unwilling loss of energy be that directly sexually or in an uncontrolled outburst of emotions as could be uncontrolled anger.
TAO is to sublimate our genetic energy which is impossible when eating meat.
TAO is the greatest name for God, among men.

Let`s start with the last cornerstone mentioned here: chastity
by chastity is not meant celibacy, but the act of not loosing or spilling the genetic energy in other words transmuting or better mutating the genetic, sexual energy. As a matter of fact when there is no more of this energy left the body does not move any more, the state of death enters.
This precious energy could be compared to the fuel or gasoline in a car.
Mutation is not at all unknown to humanity, The symbol of medicine is the caduceus of mercury, the two serpients ascending up our spine through the channels of ida and pingala and descending down the channel of Sushumna only to rise again purifying the energy.
But the same representatives of medicine, physicians and doctors do not know how to let the serpients rise in their bodies any more. Instead they let their snakes drop down, the energy of life leaves, old age and illness become present, a slow or fast death.
Our genetic energy is so valuable that God uses this energy to create new people with, and tons of this energy is being spilled daily in a mass assasination.
Only one sperm from the man and one ovule from the woman forms a new creature, what magnificent force, what magnificent power, what would happen if this wealth of life would not be wasted but sublimed, what would the impact on our physical and spiritual health be?
But we must now see how we can produce a mutable energy. The other two cornerstones what kind of nutrition and what kind of exercises have the Masters taught us?

Taoism, you say is about Lao Tze in China many years ago, yes, so it is, He is the one back on earth to bring us up to date, God took mercy on humanity and sent us His Guide and Messenger. Why? because in no book can be read what we human beings need in order to liberate us from the wheel of returns to this sphere or earth. That it is written in the bible and in other holy books such as the sacred Torah, the Koran or in the Bhagavadgita, sure,but without the guide to read these books we are just blind reading without seeing.. Those sacred books have been changed and they are not original anymore and many of us have begged to God,the Elohims that He send us a guide in person like you and me to teach us how once again.
"Ah", people say "I don´t believe in God because I cannot see Him,"..and then when He appears in physical body like you and me appearantly, they say: "Nah I don´t believe that God is there, he`s just like a man" All right, don´t worry about your mental donkey tormenting you..I invite you to do the most sensible thing, because it makes sense, investigate!.
